The Wardrobe Academy provides high calibre training courses and workshops in Personal Styling & Image Consulting,
Fashion Styling and many other related fields such as Makeup artistry and Fashion Retail Skills. These intensive and
comprehensive courses aim to equip students with the knowledge, practical skills and confidence needed to pursue exciting
and successful careers in the fashion or styling industries.
 | Launched in 2008, the Academy was created to cater for the ever growing demand for stylist training with an up-to-date and fashion-forward ethos - while this industry has evolved and grown in the last decade, it is generally felt that thetraditional image training available has become quite out-dated and staid in it's approach.
The Wardrobe Academy has quickly become one of the leading stylist training institutes in South Africa, and is proud to have had students attend from countries such as Nigeria, Namibia, Belgium, the DRC and the Czech Republic. The Wardrobe Academy was the first South African training institute to offer a Personal Stylist training program via correspondence, with students currently signed up from South Africa, Zimbabwe, Namibia, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, USA and Russia.

The Wardrobe Academy is a recognised training provider and an accredited member of the AICI (Association of Image Consultants International), which gives students the reassurance needed that the quality of training received is of the highest possible standard and that the Academy conforms to a code of industry ethics.
